1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are eligible if:

  • A product is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item doesn’t match the product description.

Refund Window: Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale products

3. Return Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@gadgetraft.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Include clear photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).

  3. We will assess and provide return instructions.

Note: Customer bears the return shipping unless the error is on our side.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your payment provider.
